The Varsity is a historic eatery in downtown Atlanta. It was opened in 1928 by the Gordy family. It is a drive-through restaurant that now has six locations. It is an entertaining older themed diner that is a must-see attraction for anyone around the city of Atlanta. The food is iconic. The item I know them for is called the “frozen orange.” Also, the food is inexpensive. You can buy a lot of food for not a lot of money.
